Sarah is the President & Founder of Color My Spirit - an organization she created in 2012 to help offer inspiration and motivation to people through various multi-media and self-healing techniques. She is also the Co-Owner of Spirit's Quest - a healing and wellness center in Raleigh, NC that she runs with her business partner, Debbie Jordan. Sarah sees clients locally and internationally and is a Metaphysical Education Collaborator who co-creates and runs workshops, classes and retreats to help people identify where they are and help them explore where they might like to be. She is an Intuitive Empath, Author of the inspirational novel, "Koko's Gift" and the creator of the metaphysical comic book series, "Chakrula." Sarah is an Integrative Health Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, a Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice(HTP-A) & Holy Fire® Reiki Master/Teacher(RMT). She also studied Anthropology - the study of ancient human cultures, and graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
